Jackie Brink, Clinical Intern
Hello and welcome!
I believe everyone has a unique story and deserves a nonjudgmental space to explore their experiences and what matters most to them. Life can be challenging, and at times we may find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, or life transitions, my goal is to provide a supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work together toward meaningful change.
Using EMDR, CBT, and Narrative Therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to process difficult experiences, challenge patterns that may no longer serve them, and build on their existing strengths. I believe healing begins with understanding both the challenges you are facing and the resilience you already possess. Together, we will explore how past experiences and current stressors may be impacting your life today while developing practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence, self-understanding, and clarity.
Creating a safe, compassionate, and authentic therapeutic relationship is one of my highest priorities. I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs, goals, and values. I believe growth is possible for everyone, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. If you are ready to get started, I invite you to reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation.
