How can you overcome depression?

Depression can be helped with proper support and counseling. Our counselors help you:

  • Identify situations, people, places, or things that increase your depression

  • Heal from past experiences that are making you feel depressed by using Eye-Movement  Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Shift your thinking to overcome thoughts that are holding you back by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Identify and resolve messages or experiences from your past that impact your self-esteem

  • Develop individualized and effective skills to manage and reduce your depression
