Sarah Cooper, LCSW, CCTP

Welcome! I am glad you are here!

I am passionate about empowering people to overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life changes. Many of my clients come to me wanting change because they are tired of feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, and stuck. They are ready for things to be different and motivated to make it happen by using their inner strength, my support, and the therapeutic process.

Some of my clients have done counseling before, but it didn’t go deep enough to understand and explore how patterns and experiences from their past are showing up in their life now. I will work with you to determine the root cause of your struggles and use evidence-based approaches to support healing and coping in a healthier way.

Life is messy! We’ve all walked our own path in life with struggles, experiences, successes, failures, heartaches, and joys. I too have walked this path. I am human, imperfect, and continually growing. I believe that everyone has the resiliency, capacity for change, and personal strengths to improve their lives. Sometimes we just need more tools, guidance, and perspective on the journey. This is my role as your counselor. I am honored to have the opportunity to support you on your therapeutic journey.
